Prom Dress? Check! Holiday Dress? Check! Going Out Dress? Check! I could go down the list with so much more! Every time I've been here, I've had an amazing experience! Always friendly staff, and they always have cute stuff in the clarence section (I got a gorgeous formal, floral dress off the clarence rack for $10!!!). They are a tad pricy if you're not looking in the clarence section, but it's worth it, the quality is unmatched! I can't even tell you how many shoes and dresses I've gotten from here! They don't just have dresses and shoes; they also have bag charms, earring, necklaces, bracelets, tiaras, ect. A big, big THANK YOU to the wonderful staff here! :)

0 Stars I had a very disappointing experience. The older blonde woman with glasses was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked for help. She seemed annoyed and took her frustration out on customers. I wasn’t the only person she treated poorly—I noticed her being rude to others as well. Customer service should make people feel welcome, and unfortunately that was not the case during my visit.

Went to the store to purchase a dress and I found one i liked but it was slightly too small. I asked if it could be ordered online and I was told yes and I even paid for express shipping. Tomorrow is prom and I have no dress! The customer service lady said she could not give me a refund, but I could get a discount on another item. Are kidding me?????????? Ridiculous!!!

This is hands down one of the best places I’ve shopped recently. I’ve been in twice, and both times staff were friendly and helpful. Most recently, I went in this week to pick out a date night dress (many cute selections). The GM, Bethany, assisted me. She provided great feedback, answered all my questions, and helped me find the dress I ultimately settled on. She was knowledgeable about where things were in the store, how to accessorize the dress I went with, and was overall super friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to her!! I’ll definitely be back!
