- LSL SMay 8, 20261.0Went to the store to purchase a dress and I found one i liked but it was slightly too small. I asked if it could be ordered online and I was told yes and I even paid for express shipping. Tomorrow is prom and I have no dress! The customer service lady said she could not give me a refund, but I could get a discount on another item. Are kidding me?????????? Ridiculous!!!

Most recently, I went in this week to pick out a date night dress (many cute selections). The GM, Bethany, assisted me. She provided great feedback, answered all my questions, and helped me find the dress I ultimately settled on. She was knowledgeable about where things were in the store, how to accessorize the dress I went with, and was overall super friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to her!! I’ll definitely be back!
