Walked in with multiple bags of new, barely worn clothes that were washed morning of. Got turned away within minutes of “sorting” and was told they were not taking “unwashed” clothes. I got the vibe that they didn’t want to do the work of sorting considering there was new articles of clothing from brands like Carhartt, Adidas, Nike, Tommy H etc.. Very annoyed at the lack of effort and customer service provided.
