I’ve had my classic black one for years and it’s still in great condition, so I wanted to find another in a different color. Reagan was so helpful and sweet. She helped me find two more blazers—one pink and one light blue—and was very attentive to detail. I’ll definitely be back again because of her!

Was told I couldn't return my items, only to find out from the their customer service that they lied/had no idea what their own return policy was. Wasted my time and money. Will never shop at that store or online with them again....I did however drive down to the Nashua store and they took all my items back, no problem. The employee at the Nashua store was even nice enough to look bewildered on my behalf as to why brand new items with tags attached that were still being sold in the store and online would not be taken back. I would recommend shopping at Pheasant Lane if you can for this store.
