  Took my grandson and my husband. Husband needed a bathing suit, small selection but he found one as well as a shirt and shorts. Grandson loves the huge fish tank and all the taxidermied specimens.

  Wasn’t even planning on stopping at Bass Pro Shop last night but there was some emotional and spiritual gravitational pull to the gun counter. While window shopping for a new firearm, I was greeted by someone who works purely out of enthusiasm and passion for the work he does. Skip a couple long laugh filled conversations later, I’m signing a background check. Zach behind the gun counter truly left a lasting impression on my purchase experience, and to respond to his statement—I love you too Zach. I also want to thank Alex for fair negotiation, a sub-par tape job (but that’s okay), and allowing Zach be slightly less work professional. 11/10 gun buying experience!

  Zach at the gun counter was phenomenal, very polite guy, lots of jokes and very funny. Very professional with his knowledge and enthusiastic showing guns to us. He did tell my friend that he loves him after a gun sale. (Felt slightly left out but that’s okay). 10/10 would work with Zach again.

  I went to the Hooksett location on Monday, August 3rd to buy some crossbow hunting bolts. The store was not busy at all and I was able to go right up to the archery counter with no wait. I handed justin, who has an arrow tattood on his forearm, my arrow I brought with me. I asked him to weigh it (we all know the importance of shaft and broadhead weight consistency). He told me there was no scale in the archery department. I knew that there was a scale, having seen it used many times, but he Insisted there was no scale. I asked if the fishing, firearms, or jewelry/sunglasses departments might have a scale and he just told me "no." This was annoying because he really didn't try, and this was a bit of a drive for me. I finally went to customer service, had them call the manager, and together we went back to archery and showed Justin where the scale was. There's only like 2 drawers to check, so I cannot emphasize how much he really didn't try. I was then able to have the manager weigh my arrow and purchase arrows (bolts) and broadheads of the correct weight. I usually have a good experience at this store, although two other experiences stand out. I will never use the boat service again, and they also lost my driver's license for two weeks when I bought a rifle. They found my license in the store safe with a bunch of gift cards 2 weeks after my purchase...

  Came in looking to compare two boat parts in the boating department, stood around tried to figure it out, had no luck. I was not approached by any employee. After 15 minutes, I found the two people working in the boat parts and sales who had no clue either. Would have been nice to talk to an employee who actually knows his/her department.
