  Bought a brand new ranger from them and it was the biggest headache I’ve ever experienced. I had to keep going back because I kept finding things that weren’t correct with the boat. It started with my active target 2 came to me not even connected, my tansducer mount was completely mounted backwards very disappointed with my experience and in the end of it all they did absolutely nothing for all the inconveniences that I went through.

  Bass pro that's all you need to say you know the selection everything you need for fishing all under one place. Stop was great took their time to show us products that we were trying to find that we couldn't find

  We arrived just as it opened so excellent service. Tends to get very busy as the day progresses.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. My significant other was in a motorcycle accident with a broken neck, broken back and broken leg among other injuries. He was using the motorized carts through the store since he cannot walk (obviously). We went to go back to the car and a worker started harassing us about using the cart to get back to the car. HE CANT WALK. I understand if people try to steal the motorized carts but how are customers expected to get back to their vehicles? Especially with merchandise to carry. This policy is ridiculous and discriminatory. Additionally, the worker was extremely rude to us. Instead of saying “hey just letting you know you can’t use the cart to get to your car” he began by calling us names and calling my significant other a “bonehead” among other mean comments. We will never come back and we recommend anyone that is handicapped not utilize this store!!!!! Extreme discrimination happening here!! If I knew the worker’s name I would be reporting them.

  I have called multiple times to get some one on the phone so I can just ask them to see if there is a bow technician working. I have called soooooooooooooo many times I've even been on the phone for 45 min to an HOUR So I get nothing, no response not even a single human. I live an hour away from the place so I dont want to just go there waist my time and not have a bow tech there on-site. There was a time where I was at bass pro and the manager told me that there was going to be a bow tech tomorrow, so the next day comes and I go into bass pro and ask where the bow tech is and they told me that he's not scheduled today. I was livid!. Very very VERY bad customer service to the point where does anyone even work there? Basspro ur on my shit list.
