  It was my first time there. I spoke with Allie ( I think that’s her name, I’m old) on the phone first. She answered all my questions. She was very pleasant and a warm smile. When I arrived she greeted me. We went about my business selling some gold. Told me what I needed to know. After she went to speak with Eli. He finished with my sale. Very nice gentleman. To top it off I got my rings cleaned and checked for free. They answered all my questions afterwards. I think I found my new jeweler!!!

  We came back to Naser Diamonds for an appraisal where we bought our wedding ring. Donna Bortz was very professional and helpful to talk to. We also bought a beautiful pear-shaped drop earring, and she waived the appraisal fee. Naser Diamonds is so nice and clean, and we were treated like family returning after a long time. We strongly recommend this place to anyone.

  I had an excellent experience at Naser Jewelry while upgrading my wife's diamond. Suzanne was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the different options clearly, and made sure I found the perfect diamond without ever making me feel pressured. Great price, great pieces and we will definitely bring all our business to them.
