- LBLexington Barkhaus2 days ago5.0Visited yesterday to help my girlfriend shop for a dress and we were immediately greeted by an employee, Nicole. She was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. She went out of her way to help us find the right dresses and was all around amazing. 11/10 service
- MSMalachi SaylesJul 23, 20261.0Rude service. Only three dressing rooms and the line wasn’t moving after 20 minutes. I had pants on and tried a skirt on over my pants in the mirror. The employee walked past me and gave me the dirtiest look then came back and initially tried to embarrass me by stating I’m not allowed to try on clothes outside the fitting room. Which if it truly was so concerning she could have spoken kindly rather than speak to me across the room. I would have easily spent money but left due to rude customer service. It would also be beneficial to get more fitting rooms so people aren’t waiting for so long. Huge turn off.
