  Terrible customer service and overall experience. My fiance bought sunglasses for me, and we attempted to exchange them for a different pair. The girl there had no idea what she was doing. She couldn't even give us a box for the new pair of sunglasses. She basically took the ones off the display and gave it to me. We asked her if she could clean them, she ignored our request. No box, no barcode anywhere (in case we needed to return). We asked to speak to a manager and she said she could not reach the manager on the phone so she took our name and phone number. No one called us. $500 sunglasses, and yet she treated the transaction like they were $5 sunglasses. Zero customer service skills.

  Kyla was so helpful to me with picking out a couple new pairs. I honestly hate shopping for new glasses but she made the experience fun and easy. I will definitely be back to buy more from her!
