- LKLindsay KaupJul 5, 20261.0Purchased a $260 Ogio backpack that was supposed to be a great brand. The Zipper broke making it worthless to use and Scheels customer service did nothing to help. Will try to avoid buying there in the future which is disappointing because I previously liked the store.
- RHRedd HallJun 29, 20261.0Would leave a zero if I could, me and my friend (military) went there and got legos, my friend asks about a military discount and they say they do one, the guy proceeds to say my friend isn’t military then doesn’t look military and doesn’t give the discount after he showed his military id. Extremely disrespectful and rude, won’t be returning anytime soon.

He spent nearly 30 minutes helping me track down this damn water bottle and never once made me feel rushed/irritated. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Employees like Conner are what make shopping at Scheels such a great experience.
