  I come here often to sell clothes. Today I brought in brand new jeans, 2 brand new dresses, lululemon, pacsun, and other nice brands. They told me it was a “no buy” because of condition. Half of these items were never worn. No stains, no rips, no damage. Done going to this location it’s a joke here.

  Pretty sure this location decides to not buy your items based solely on how often you bring things in to sell. I used to bring clothing in and would have most of it bought. The last few times I’ve dropped items off, it’s been no buy because they’re “out of style”. Excuse me? These are 4 pairs of American Eagle jeans that were barely worn. I dropped my items off at 10 am and wasted 4 freaking hours waiting for them to go through my bag just for a no buy. This place is a joke.

  Y'all sell clothes with holes and stains but will only buy like 3 items off people who have huge bins and bags full of clothes to sell. Mind you they take a couple ugly random items but won’t take the cute trendy clothes, make it make sense. Whoever is in charge of sorting and taking clothes from people should get a new job because they clearly cant do this one right.
