Men’s selection was never good to begin with, but is atrocious now. They’ve removed the four large racks of items that would come down from full service Nordstrom stores. That’s now down to two tiny ones and the rest of the stock is the cheap, poor quality junk that goes direct to the Rack stores. Glorified TJ Maxx.

Awful customer service. Would not return a defective product that I purchased only 1 week ago. Doesn't stand by their products. Manager Jennifer was rude and accused me a lying saying that I damaged the product.

My review is of this location only. I have been to multiple Racks from Cleveland, OH, Denver, Scottsdale, Salt Lake, and Portland, OR. This location lacks any excitement or deals. First, you need to know the. Brands made specifically for The Rack, such as Melrose & Market & Abound, and specifically made for the department stores lower price points, like Caslon. & Bobeau. At this particular location, we are not getting the inventory (most likely due to the absence of the anchor Nordstrom). If you find a great brand and great deal: clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. it’s a hidden gem and most likely an online return. The tire is filled with discounted clothing you can find even less expensive at the local TJ Maxx, and don’t think for a second anything Max Studio could possible retail for over the current price. This line of clothing is actually intended to go directly to big discount retailers: TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Dress Barn, etc. they have some staples styles at value pint pricing, but will never see the light of a major department store. Shoes? Last years, jeans and clothing sets? More like a factory line, with irregular sizing you won’t find at Von Maur, Newman Marcus, Sam’s, even Dillard or Macy’s. That’s why they are discounted. Make sure you’re trying on those clothes! And it’s true, if you’ve tried on a top that you love and they don’t have your size, take a chance on the app. Feee shipping to this store and orders over a set amount. Lastly, is it me? Or does Omaha lack the pool to hire people that have the customer experience skills to reflect the brand that Nordstrom holds so near? I don’t feel like I’m at Disney World, where it’s magical everywhere. I love stopping in after a long day at the office to look at what may be new, only to start getting shooed out starting around 8:15 PM. And god forbid, you hit that register line around 845 looking at the barely-a-deal candy and cosmetics. (Sephora’s checkout line is far superior). I’ve been treated like trash, given the silent treatment, and genuinely didn’t go back for more than 2 months because of some employees. Buyer beware:look closely, don’t be fooled at this location, and check out the app if you know what you’re looking for.
