So far trash, customer service trash, they input the wrong vin number, year, and color of my vehicle. Only thing saving me from going back to intoxalock is it's cheaper, and the device is reasonably sized.

I've probably left less then a handful of reviews in my life for businesses all positive but yesterday was bad all around. Lifesafer was not up front with costs beforehand, theyre 1800 number is a complete failure of transfers to untrained 'specialists' and how does a stock XL F150 become a luxury vehicle to charge me more after the works done... bad business and ive been a customer for 13 years.
