- EHEmma HAug 19, 20261.0Where do I even begin š¤¦š» I asked the gentleman in the jewelry department where I could have someone help me order online, he then directed me to the .com checkouts, I needed this item ordered through the store computer, because I wasn't able to access my rewards on my cell phone, the girl there straight up lied to my face telling me the blanket I wanted to order "couldn't be shipped to this store" I told her how it doesn't show that it's out of stock online on my cell phone, that's when I decided not to waste my time with her, I went to a different checkout where the lady told me to go back to the .com checkout š Yeaaah, like that was gonna happen. At last, I entered the beauty department, where the young woman there was the only employee who actually helped me, unlike the three employees and two managers here. The first cashier obviously didn't want to do her job, since I clearly got my items shipped to this store, with that being said, this store is a complete joke.

Unfortunately, Melinda was rude and tried to deny the adjustment even after Shawn had already approved it. Shawn provided excellent customer service, while my experience with Melinda was very disappointing.
