- MSMary SApr 29, 20261.0IF you are fortunate enough to actually find an employee to help you, count on them being as rude and unhelpful as possible. I'm amazed merchandise doesn't just walk out the store. We wandered the whole 1st floor and the only employee we saw was an incredibly unhelpful girl behind a register. She didn't know the whereabouts of what we asked for and said there wasn't anyone working in thst department and there wasn't anyone that could help. She was very rude and sarcastic when she said it as well. If you want to know why JC Penny stores are failing...the Westroads location is a prime example. We'll avoid it in the future.
