The manager snarled at me and threatened to call security when I laid on a bed to try a pillow. I have broken my neck and need the right, high end pillow. I headed her request and went elsewhere. My grandfather was their store manager several decades ago. I don't mind paying extra for quality and service. I didn't have great luck with the quality in the optical department. Service was great. With all the options today, to choose from, I still go to where the service is great.
