  Ive been to Gunderson’s quite a bit in the past and have been helped by / worked with Carolyn, Sean, Jodie, Tessa, Joe, Nick and Sarah. I even enjoy chatting with their security officer Jeff 🤙. Whether it was buying a Seiko, trying to get on a list for a Rolex allocation or having my Rolex pieces serviced, my experience has always been enjoyable.

  Nico was so helpful and knowledgeable about watches. He really helped me narrow down what I wanted, and helped me make a decision I’m really happy about. It was definitely worth it to work with him to ask questions to look at different watches to come to a great decision.

  I had a great experience, this week, working with Jodi. She assisted me with the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Vintage Rolex, and I could not be more pleased. Jodi was helpful, responsive and professional. Working with her over the phone and text was amazing. Jodi made me feel like I was there, in the store, with her, and not almost 1600 miles away. This was my first purchase from Jodi and Gunderson's, but i am certain that it will not be the last. The entire process was seamless. Thanks Again, Jodi and Gunderson's for making this a memorable purchase.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Gunderson’s Jewelers and to caution against using their online webstore. I recently purchased a limited edition Seiko Prospex watch for $3,100. Despite the price point, the item I received was clearly a display model that had been previously handled. It arrived without the original hang tags or any of the protective stickers that are standard and expected for a high-end timepiece of this caliber. When I contacted customer service for an explanation, I was directed to a web developer who denied the facts of the situation and claimed that all watches are shipped in this condition. The lack of professional expertise and the refusal to acknowledge the condition of the watch is unacceptable for a luxury retailer. I would advise looking elsewhere for any significant jewelry or watch purchases, as my experience indicates a significant lack of quality control and professional customer support.

  I come to Gunderson’s Omaha for all my Seiko purchases. They always have what I want and the staff there are excellent. I would like to highlight two individuals who really made my experience special, Sarah and Seth. Sarah was super attentive and knowledgeable when it came to Seiko watches. It was a joy to talk to someone that I felt was just as enthusiastic as I was about Seiko. Seth is the Rolex watchmaker there but made time to talk to me about Seiko which turned out to be one of HIS favorite brands. You could tell he really knew the insides of a watch just from the short conversation we had.
