The manager on duty was on the floor throughout our visit, interacting with the guest including my daughter wanting to know what Birks she picked out. The cashier was very interactive and exceeded her duties. 10/10 experience here.

The store layout is absolutely massive, and I was instantly impressed by how neatly organized all the clearance racks were by size, which made hunting for a good deal very easy. They have an incredible variety of brands ranging from athletic wear to high-end designer dress shoes, plus a fun selection of matching handbags and accessories near the checkout lanes. The customer service was friendly, and the checkout line moved surprisingly fast despite the store being quite busy with weekend shoppers. My only slight complaint is that it can be a bit tricky to find a staff member out on the main floor if you need help looking for a specific size that isn't already out on display. Overall, it is a fantastic, reliable spot to find high-quality footwear at a reasonable price when you are on the road.
