- MMMariahAug 13, 20264.0They have helped me through all the steps except when I was on hold for over 30 min and then got hung up after waiting that long I wasn’t happy with that but all the other representatives I talked to after that apologized on her behalf and like I said helped me all the way. I would still recommend them if you need an interlock though!
- BCBraxton ColemanSep 20, 20245.0Ron was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. 10/5 service.
- RLRudy LindstromJan 20, 20215.0Friendly and helpful!!!!
- CSChristy StephensDec 15, 20171.0While the help is nice at this place, the lines are always long and I have waited as long as 4 hours to get my monthly interlock check done. 4 hours sitting in the car in line! Not acceptable! Yeah, I get it, don’t drink and drive, but my time is valuable. This store has no respect for that at all.

Do I need an Interlock Device on all of my vehicles?
Some states will require that you have an Ignition Interlock Device installed on all cars registered to you, but most states will just require that whichever vehicle you drive have an IID installed. Check with your state authority to see if you will need an IID installed on all of your cars.
Does the Interlock Device mess up or hurt my vehicle?

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?
Check with your state authority to see if you are allowed to unplug your Ignition Interlock before doing so.
Can someone else drive my car?
Yes, but whoever is driving the vehicle MUST take a breath test and pass before driving. Any failed test will still be your responsibility.
