I have been selling my clothes to the store for many years and now since they got new staff I feel like the buying process has gone down hill. Im not even sure to bring my stuff to the store anymore the last couple of times they passed on all my stuff. So im definitely not coming out here no more after the past two nights that I've bought stuff in.

This was my first and my last rime there! They took 3 items and said clothes had stains and wear and tear and they were older-seriously-nothing had a stain and there were jeans never worn a brand new dress etc... as far as older things-have you checked your racks lately? There is plenty hanging there way older and more worn than what I wasted my time on bringing in!

Showed up over an hour before close and the doors were locked. when we called to ask if it was open, we watched them ignore the first call and then roll their eyes when answering the second call just to inform us they were not open, but when looking at not only the website and google, but also the door of the establishment, it says close is 9pm.

To the owner - if you were not already aware, your staff closed at 7:30 tonight. They turned away multiple customers, stating they were unexpectedly short staffed and couldn't let customers in. Don't get me wrong, as a business owner myself, I understand the stress of closing on a tight crew. What I don't understand is why the last customer left at 7:50, lights were immediately turned off, and it took 5 minutes to "finish closing" before they left at 7:55. They were so short staffed and needed the extra time to close that they were able to leave early? Make it make sense. Assuming closing tasks include hanging merchandise, then they didn't finish closing either as items were left on the rack! If it takes 5 minutes to close, why not stay open to the public, close early at 7:55, and leave at 8:00? As the owner, I'm shocked you wouldn't allow your staff to leave certain closing tasks for morning to handle to lessen their stress and remain open. Poor management on your end.

We went to shop and found several items we "had" to buy. Good selection and friendly staff.
