  I shop at Lululemon South Point regularly, but today’s experience was exceptional. The ladies who assisted me provided outstanding customer service, helping me select items and sizes that fit perfectly. For the first time, they informed me about the benefits of credit on old Lululemon items I no longer wanted, along with available hemming options. Their knowledge and friendliness made my shopping experience enjoyable. Shout out to the team for their fantastic service!

  I have always enjoyed my experience at our Lululemon in Ohio. The sales associates are always so welcoming and helpful. We walked in to the South Pointe location and no one asked us if we needed help. We received tons of eye contact, but no help and brushed off like we didn’t matter, I honestly felt judged. My daughter needed a size 0 and after having two associates walk by without any help, I walked over to someone in the fitting area. Took almost 10 minutes for help, unacceptable. Second, all the tags were wrong, by $10, and they made me feel like that was my problem. My sister waited for me near the register and the person who helped me had the audacity to roll her eyes in disgust as we walked away. I believe they need more training in customer service, especially with someone who had money to spend in their store.

  Such a great experience here! The staff was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted. Beautiful store, even better staff! Camilla and Jaelynn are incredibly knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend!!!
