  Sewing machine I got repaired here about 5 years ago still working great! Picked up a used sewing machine on FB marketplace for a few bucks. I just hated the idea of buying a new machine when there are so many used out there. I took it in and they gave it a quick pre-examination and an estimate. They gave it a tune up, fixed alignment, replaced the plate, and even gave me a power cord. I think they even replaced or polished the chassis of the machine because it was scratched up before the repair and looked brand new after. I still saved money fixing the machine instead of buying new, and I loved working with them, they were very honest and transparent. Thank you Husker Sew Vac!

  I have been in this business before for minor repairs. This time I brought in my Dyson and was pretty sure I asked for an estimate before repairing. Well that didnt happen. I received a call when the item was fixed and for what they charge, I can get a whole new vac for same or even lower price. I waited quite awhile deciding what to do. I finally wrote them a letter expressing my displeasure. I thought I might at least get an apology. I gave them time to respond and mentioned I would wait to hear from them before leaving feedback. I figure a month is long enough and have not received a response. I'm not confident that they even fixed it right and didnt want to take that chance, so I assume they kept it. I say that because previous to bringing that Dyson in, I brought another in that needed a "internal hose" apparently. Took him like 5 minutes or less to McGyver some hose in there. $17 wasn't great but seemed border line acceptable. So I get home and find out the hose must have been from leftovers they had laying around. The vaccuum now had a hard time manuvering the up and down motion. Also, it no longer stayed upright in the storage position. I figured I could live with it but should have taken it as a warning sign. I think they mean well , but they should be up front about cutting corners. Perhaps I should have complained about the first vac I brought in , but I assumed they would have ignored my request , which leads to our current issue (ignoring my request). Best of luck to you gies but I dont think I will be returning to your store

  Great service, very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Iive in Omaha and I drive to Lincoln to get my machines serviced here. They are the Best.

  These people are wonderful! I had been told that I would have to replace my sewing machine because parts were 'unavailable'. When I talked to Husker, they said 'no problem'. They cleaned and tuned up my sewing machine and I am a fan for life!
