  Service was impeccable!!! The young lady that helped me was so kind and patient❤️the platter she made was beautiful! I will definitely recommend this place and i will be a repeat customer!

  Terrible customer service, worker was rude and didn’t explain anything to me. My order online would not go through. So I called and placed an order on the phone, made it a birthday box with a balloon. Got a call the morning of the delivery to ask me if I wanted both boxes delivered? I said no they said okay we will send you your money back for that. I said that’s fine. My husband received his box with no birthday box and no balloon. I called they informed me that they were out of both things. But couldn’t tell me when they called in the morning so I could have changed the box or balloon. I’ve been asking to talk to the owner and I just keep getting ignored or called by the same lady who keeps telling me we refunded you for one of the orders. Yes I got that I didn’t want 2 orders going out but the one you sent was not correct so I’m asking for a refund and for you guys to make it right. I get a text message offering some strawberry thing but I would have to go pick it up. I told them I can’t come get it and that they could deliver it and they said that they couldn’t because it’s against their delivery policy. This has been the worse customer service I’ve ever had and that I keep getting pushed away after asking to speak with someone higher up. This order was for the week of the 13th of March. you were not closed because this was the week of the 13th of march there was absolutely no snow on the ground that entire week. My online order didn’t go through because the online system wasn’t working so I called in store and ordered it. And that is when nothing correct got delivered.

  Wow I can't believe you would even send something out like this .. this is horrible product... definitely need to address this to your staff. I would be very upset if I paid the price these people paid . Just a DD delivery. As well as dozen roses means 12 not 11 HORRIBLE.
