- BFbrandon f3 days ago1.0Tried buying a pistol here 6 months ago and the guy working the counter said "ohhh are you sure you want to answer this one like this?" I changed my answer because of his facial expressions. He then told me I self denied myself and I wouldnt ever be able to purchase a firearm from them ever again due to policy. I recently forgave that experience and tried taking my bow in to be paper tuned, and after an hour and a half they had my bow so messed up it was inoperable. After asking nicely if I should take it to Scheels the employee puffed his chest at me and said I was being rude and that he didnt care to work on my bow further. I cut my cabelas bass pro card in half after this. If youre reading this, save yourself the hassle and dont buy anything here. These employees are sarcastic know it alls. I won't ever step foot in these stores again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

- RHRob HartungJul 2, 20265.0I purchased a Johnny Morris Platinum Signature in March. In my last outing the reel malfunctioned. I have other reels that are the same, Johnny Morris reels. I really like them. I took the reel to Cabelas , where I had bought it, to see what they would do for me. I had lost the receipt so I wasn’t expecting much. In spite of the lack of a receipt, they exchanged the reel for a new reel. That is customer service at the highest level.
