They didn't figure it out for over an hour after I was in there waiting. I finally went to a different shop and it was twice as expensive as I was told it would be. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Heckno, this has added more inconvenience to my already inconvenienced life. This place clearly has no consideration for people in the time of need. I hope I never have to use this ever again. But if I did, I would definitely not call smart start.

They said I would have a discount each month and only received it once. As for communication, they are not helpful and never answer the phones. I have now been on the phone for over an hour, my wait time will go all the way down and then rise back up. It also states multiple times that there “is no fee for removal” yet says I need to pay a non-refundable $45 for it to be removed. I got an IID on my own, I was never required by the state or anyone for that matter. Now that I want to voluntarily remove it, they have to approve it and that will take 3-5 business days. Also- very rude customer services representatives.
