Remove Jayden, one of them managers, most disgusting person any business can have on a sales floor. No wonder why the store is always empty and read several reviews on that guy who provided the same bad experience to other customers as well. Need to report that kind of unprofessional customer service to the corporate office. Don’t shop at this store, he claims that most of the products at the store are cheap quality when compared to online/full price stores. Lowkey Felt like he was being a rude person who didn’t want us to shop there, hire better people or if not, the hiring manager of this store should quit his/her job.
Avoid this store at all costs, the sales associates feel like they’re above the customers, we give you money not take from you. The most unpleasant person we’ve ever seen at any store is the guy named Jadon, he’s a guy with glasses and he literally told us factory stores doesn’t have good enough quality over the full price stores and that’s the reason why they provide coupons, it felt like he didn’t want us to purchase the jacket we were looking for. Either change/remove the employees or hire better people who can serve customers well. Never shopping here again. Even worst thing is, the sales associates themselves have most of the good products saved for themselves in the stock room, we literally saw one customer ask for a jacket and they denied saying it was on hold for a sales associate. This is insane bruh

They have a big and tall
They provided very poor customer service. Delivered my package 3 times wrong and refused to refund with no contact back as they said they would. It takes 3 months for an online shipping and me ended up keeping the unwearable item. I strongly recommend not go to this store ever!

Worst customer service ever, spoke to a guy named Joe over the store regarding an offer going on currently and he said I can come in, return and repurchase it, he said as long as it’s within 30 days they will do it, it’s less than 2 weeks that I purchased it. Drove 20+ miles, then told that they wouldn’t offer the discount and had to repurchase it back again. When asked that I spoke with you in the morning, he changed his statement and said, ‘NO! My name’s not Joe, it’s Jaden’ with whom I’ve been talking in person for the past 20 minutes being introduced as Joe, the store manager. He’s a guy with glasses and blonde hair, literally the worst customer service ever.
