  I ordered a sweater on September 15. I did not receive the $92 sweater. I spent up to 30 minutes on line with robots to find out Ariat “lost” the sweater. It was re- ordered. It is October 5 and the UPS site says “label generated” as it has for several days. The event I ordered the sweater for is tomorrow. Now will try to get my money back.

  Ray was so helpful. I came in for a new pair of riding boots and he knew my size just by looking at the boots on me. I thought I was a 9.5/10 but he got me in a 9 and they are perfect. Ray was kind and very knowledgeable. I usually just buy online but if Ray is there I’ll come back. I was only interested in one pair of boots (they are perfect for me) but I wish there were more options for women in the stores. (Less fashion options more riding options). Thank you Ariat for hiring Ray to help customers in your store and for having sizes in stock. The store was very clean, beautiful set up and well maintained.

  Stopped at the Ariat store at Nebraska Crossing while travelling and really enjoyed looking around. The store is large, clean and beautifully laid out, with a great western atmosphere and plenty to browse. There’s a good selection of boots, jeans, shirts, dresses, workwear and accessories for both men and women, plus belts, jewelry, wallets and a huge hat section. I especially liked that it wasn’t just clothing and boots—there were lots of smaller western accessories to look through as well. The staff were friendly and helpful without hovering, which made it easy to take our time and browse. Being an outlet location, it’s definitely worth checking for deals, although sizes and styles can vary depending on what they have available. A great stop for anyone who likes Ariat or western wear, and the Nebraska Crossing location itself makes it easy to spend a few hours shopping. Would definitely stop again when passing through Nebraska.

  First time in Ariat and felt so welcome. The staff were patient and attentive in showing me different styles and options for my first hat. Becca was the sweetest and gave me honest feedback which hat fit me best. I never left a store so happy and excited. Definitely will be back.

  Charlie was so helpful for my first time buying boots. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed, even with all the questions I had to ask. He suggested jeans and a belt for me based on my needs. I learned a lot and had a great shopping experience. Other gals in the store were also helpful to me when I was looking for various clothing sizes. I am definitely an Ariat fan thanks to this experience! Also, I love my boots and will be back for more.
