  Charlie was so helpful for my first time buying boots. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed, even with all the questions I had to ask. He suggested jeans and a belt for me based on my needs. I learned a lot and had a great shopping experience. Other gals in the store were also helpful to me when I was looking for various clothing sizes. I am definitely an Ariat fan thanks to this experience! Also, I love my boots and will be back for more.

  Me and my family have been going to the outlets for years and just recently found out there’s a new Ariat store in town!! Where to begin as soon as we walked in we were greeted by wonderful staff who help me find the perfect first hat!! Shoutout to Pedro,Gracie and Ray for talking me through all of the different options I had when it come to customizing one!! Aside from their amazing staff we were amazed on the cleanliness of the store compared to the rest of the mall. It helps make customers want to try on new arrivals when their isn’t 5 million things in the fitting room!! 10/10 will be visiting again!

  Bought a men’s pair of boots as a gift for my son, he didn’t like them. I returned them as he chose another style at another store. I had my receipt and it was done with the loud timeframe, unworn, still in the box. I paid cash and they gave me a gift card instead of my cash back. I don’t wear Western wear, and I am more than a little annoyed. I have never heard of store credit for paying cash buyer beware!
