  I had such a great experience thanks to Perla! She was so attentive, helpful, and kind from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond to help us find what we needed, and her customer service was outstanding. What really stood out was how incredibly sweet she was to my child, who kept asking about different items. She was so patient and engaging, and she even gave my child one of her own NeeDohs, which absolutely made their day. It was such a thoughtful and genuine gesture that we won’t forget. Perla truly made our visit special, and employees like her are the reason we’ll keep coming back. Thank you, Perla!

  very nice selection of clothing clean store with great location manager on weekend is not very helpful. Went in to make a purchase on 7/11/26 & use $25 in rewards that would expire on 711/26.Manager refused t o l e t me use it & said, it must have expired on 7/10/26.she said she couldn't help me & told me to call customer service.she was supposed to email me my receipt which I never received. while driving home I went online made a purchase & used my $25 rewards.i will not shop at this location again

  Clothes are great, but the customer service here was terrible. They supposedly had a whole store sale, and we found a pair of pants on a rack where everything was labeled $14.99. But when we got to check out, the pants cost $35 instead. The girl at the counter had no idea what she was talking about, making up some excuse about “we didn’t have enough 40% off sale signs so we just put $14.99”. Girl what?? Isn’t that your fault? As it turns out, the manager said that somebody just put the pants on the wrong rack. Still, quite misleading. But this is what they should’ve told us from the beginning, instead of the girl at the desk giving attitude when she clearly had no idea what she was doing. Honestly, it’s not about the price, and the pants are great. It’s about the principle 😂
