- WWWillowApr 1, 20241.0I love the sales but the customer service is horrible. I don’t know if she’s a manager but the girl Taylor in there needs to learn how to talk to people if she’s going to stay in customer service. She’s rude and acts like she could care less about the customers in the store. This isn’t the first time we’ve gotten attitude from her. Hopefully someone will address this issue or we will have to go through corporate to let them know how there staff treats customers.
- ARArian RomanFeb 14, 20242.0It’s an okay location, I pass by sometimes and see the same thing every time though sadly, bad customer service. It’s sad to see because these girls that work here are all getting blamed for bad customer service skills but then again you don’t see them being corrected about it either. It’s a nice store with nice priced items of a popular brand, but lackluster on customer service (girls on their phones, chatting, etc) which there’s nothing wrong with, but needs to be done at appropriate times. Hopefully they can improve in this aspect making the store a 5 Star location.
