  I called the store earlier in the day because I was interested in purchasing a bow. I was told the bow tech would be available all day. I let them know I’d be there in about an hour, and was told, “Perfect.” So I drove over an hour to the store. When I arrived, the bow tech was on lunch. No big deal. I was told he had been on lunch for a while and should be back any minute. Totally understandable. Fast-forward 45 minutes… still no bow tech. I took a few laps around the store, apparently hoping to unlock the secret location of an employee who could help me. Unfortunately, no luck. I couldn’t find a single soul to talk to in the bow department—or really anyone who seemed interested in helping. I eventually left and called back later. This time, I was told the bow tech was back, but he was doing an interview. I was assured he would call me back in 20 minutes once the interview was finished. That was 5 hours ago. Still waiting on that call. At this point, I’m starting to think the bow tech may have interviewed for a different job and moved on. I completely understand that employees have lunches, interviews, and things come up. What I don’t understand is telling a customer that someone will be available, having them drive over an hour to your store, and then repeatedly leaving them waiting with absolutely no communication. I was ready to spend money on a bow. Instead, I spent hours driving and wandering around town waiting for a phone call that apparently requires a very long-distance carrier pigeon. Really disappointing experience and a huge waste of my time

  This is hands down the worst Sportman's Warehouse location I have ever visited. Very poor management, and very difficult to find what you're looking for. (Because it's in the back and not even stocked on the sales floor.) Do yourself and your wallet a favor. Drive the 45 min to Cabela's.

  Luke was an absolutely amazing person to deal with, got me exactly what I needed was one of the best experienced I've ever had dealing with someone working in retail which is not an easy attitude to have with the job. Give this guy your business because he deserves it. If I ever need anything from this company again I'll only be getting it from him.

  Stopped 5/16/2026 went to cashier to pay for 2 item bith rang up higher that price in the shelf I questioned it cashier calls over another employee he plays with keyboard on computer and says ... I dont even know where these are at in store... Ok I stand there line backing up when second guy says.. we will have to call a manager to change the price... like that was a big deal. So I did what I thought was right and told them to keep the items I didn't think I needed to pay extra.. but wth no customer service just pay I guess.. Definitely won't be going back!!
