- RHRyan HomanJun 9, 20261.0Bought a brand new go kart from the Fremont location. Did not run from day 1. Had to clean the carburetor and fiddle with a bunch of other stuff to finally get it to run. Not something you'd expect to have to do to a brand new machine. Talked to store manager, James, the day after I bought it and was told he'd talk to corporate and was adamant he'd get back with me first thing in the morning. Never heard from them again. BUYER BEWARE. Customer service is non-existent.
