  General service and specifically bike repair get my highest praises. They figured out my e assist bike problem and did some backflips to get it fixed quickly for me. Wish we had these stores down South. Shout-out to McCade, the tech who saw it through!

  The parking lot is covered in Flock cameras. Avoid this place and the mall, this is the only location in Minot with flock cameras

  Tons of employees all over the store. There were also tons of customers in line - with ONE cashier. Literally 4 other employees standing 8 feet from the check out stands. I asked if one could open a register since there were so many customers in line (at least 12). The response was ‘well none of us are cashiers’. Sad. Tons of employees everywhere but only one employee is a cashier. Ever hear of cross training? Customer satisfaction?

  If I could give Summer in the women’s shoe department more than 5 stars, I would. She is hands down the most patient shoe sales associate I’ve ever worked with. I wasn’t looking for just any shoe, I needed the right shoe for the gym, and she took the time to listen, answer every question, and walk me through multiple options without ever making me feel rushed. Summer is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows her products inside and out. She explained the differences between shoes, helped me understand what would work best for my needs, and ultimately guided me to the perfect pair. What stood out even more than her expertise was her kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure I left confident in my purchase, and her genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this is rare these days. If you have the chance to work with Summer, do it. She’s an absolute asset to the store, and I’ll gladly return because of the experience she provided.
