  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Customer Service! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Robin at SCHEELS for the consistently outstanding customer service she provides. I shop there frequently—especially for my Nike sweaters—and I’m always happy when Robin is the one ringing me up. She is genuinely one of the sweetest, most welcoming, and helpful employees I’ve encountered. She always has a smile, makes conversation, and somehow makes even a simple checkout experience enjoyable. And I have to give her credit—she has never missed an opportunity to remind me about the SCHEELS Visa card! Her dedication and consistency definitely do not go unnoticed. 😊 As a General Manager of a hotel, I understand how difficult it can be to find employees who naturally provide this level of customer service. Robin is exactly the type of employee every manager wishes they had on their team. She represents SCHEELS incredibly well and is a wonderful example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Robin deserves recognition for the experience she creates for her customers. She is an absolute asset to your team, and I hope SCHEELS knows what a wonderful employee they have in her. 10/10 service every single time.   ⭐ Minn Kota Terrova: Brand New, Yet Somehow Always in the Shop If you're considering a Minn Kota Terrova, our experience has been one long demonstration of why people are moving to Garmin. We bought a brand-new boat with a brand-new Minn Kota Terrova, and this trolling motor has been garbage basically since day one. Almost immediately, it started making an awful, obnoxiously loud noise anytime we ran it above about level 5. So, back to Scheels it went with almost no hours on it. Their solution? They “cleaned it up.” A nearly brand-new trolling motor. Cleaned it up. Sure. That sounds completely normal. Unsurprisingly, the noise came back. Except this time, it was even louder. We contacted Minn Kota directly, and they instructed Scheels to replace the lower unit. Minn Kota told us the lower unit was in stock. Scheels then took THREE WEEKS to get it. Three weeks. For an in-stock part. Fine. The part finally arrives. We bring the trolling motor back to Scheels, and then it proceeds to sit there for almost ANOTHER TWO WEEKS. It took daily phone calls, repeated pushing, and several rounds of “it’ll be done in the morning” before we finally got any movement. After enough chasing, it was eventually finished Tuesday afternoon. So let’s recap: Brand-new trolling motor. Problems almost immediately. First repair accomplished essentially nothing. Problem comes back worse. Three weeks waiting for an allegedly in-stock lower unit. Almost two more weeks sitting in the service department. And repeated phone calls from us just to keep the repair moving. For what these trolling motors cost, this is absurd. A premium trolling motor shouldn't spend more time being diagnosed, “cleaned up,” waiting for parts, and sitting in a repair shop than it does actually trolling. This is exactly why people are going to Garmin. At least those appear interested in performing the one basic function a trolling motor has: WORKING. Minn Kota Terrova? Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend one. At this point, ours has basically been a very expensive shop decoration with a propeller.

  General service and specifically bike repair get my highest praises. They figured out my e assist bike problem and did some backflips to get it fixed quickly for me. Wish we had these stores down South. Shout-out to McCade, the tech who saw it through!

  The parking lot is covered in Flock cameras. Avoid this place and the mall, this is the only location in Minot with flock cameras
