- CWCheri WilderAug 12, 20265.0The customer service is amazing! I live in Texas and while on vacation in Grand Forks, I went to Scheels for the first time. Everyone was so friendly. I was greeted by every employee I came in contact with. I bought a shirt to bring home as a gift for my husband. When I got home with it, the size was too small. I was so disappointed because I lost the receipt and tag and figured I was out of luck. Taking a chance, I called the store and explained my situation. I spoke with Aryana, who offered to exchange it for me, but needed to check with her manager. She called me back, said she was sending me a return label to send back the shirt. She then said that once she received the shirt back, she would ship another size if they had it or send me a gift card. I can't tell you how much this meant to me! My husband now has his new shirt and if they ever open a store in Houston, I will definitely be a regular customer. You just don't see this level of customer service these days! I am a very grateful customer!!

I walked out with a new pair of shoes, and the knowledge that good customer service is alive and well at Scheels in Grand Forks, ND. Thank you Scheels and a special thanks to Micki in the men's shoe department and the very personable lady, whose name I failed to note, at the Customer Service desk. Both very good people and excellent employees.
