  Great store, good selection of shoes, helpful staff except for one who yelled at my toddler today. We were there shopping for shoes when the senior staff came out of the stock room and suddenly yelled at my toddler causing a scene, i get that he was running on the couch and yes he was not supposed to do that, but I was just few feet away, husband was the same with another staff fitting shoes. It was only a few seconds, he could've walked over and told us and we would have been happy to correct him, or he could have done it too instead of making a scene. Just disappointing how some ppl expect toddlers to be perfect when they're just learning too. I thought at first i was just being sensitive but my husband on the way home told me he felt off and almost didn't want to get the shoes if it weren't for the nice guy that helped him all the way. Disappointing shouldn't have gotten the shoes, but still store is a 4/5. Not gonna be bitter like that guy.

  I travelled across USA for a long time E and yet Scheels is one of a unique sport store I ever been to. Kudos to all the employees for a job well done!

  This store is amazing. The staff is top notch! Big store, I will even say it is entertaining to shop around in here. Loved it.

  While kinda overwhelming when you walk in with all the people and different options. And theres a 2nd floor?! Ferris wheel among many other things. The service was really helpful. I was able to easily get what I wanted and left the store knowing I'll be back. Plenty to see and shop for.

  There is a profound difference between standard retail security and treating every paying customer like a suspect in a criminal lineup. By installing Flock Safety Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) cameras at the entrance to their parking lot, this establishment has aggressively crossed that line. I came here to buy a few things, not to have my vehicle logged, time-stamped, and fed into a sprawling national surveillance dragnet. If you are a customer here, you need to understand exactly what you are driving into.
