Horrible place to sell clothes. The people that work there are very rude. If I could have given a hald of a star I would have.

I called Plato’s Closet to ask about selling clothes, and the guy who answered was really rude and had a bad attitude. When I asked if they still buy clothes, he just said no without explaining properly. I asked if they do it in the mornings, and he lied saying they don’t do it anymore. Then he told me to check social media and hung up before I could say anything. Not a good experience at all.

Don’t waste your time, I brought in a full bin of mens clothes, which supposedly sell the best. Most of it was new condition (I used to work in retail and would buy too much and never wear it) They wanted to take 13 items, including a large coat and some other jackets/ pants and shorts for 40. I don’t know how they price their items but the whole process took only 20-30 min with a line ahead of me, doesn’t seem like they really look at what you bring. Better off trying to sell on facebook marketplace. Staff was friendly however so that’s a plus. All and all, I wouldn’t come back.

The workers here are great!!! My sister got stuck in the dressing room and they let her out! They weren’t judgmental but giggled and made me feel not like a waste of time and space!! Roland checked me out and was super nice!! And Hailey is the one who saved my sister! Thank you guys!! I hope to come again!! Also i spent a very good amount of money for the things i got!
