  I am extremely upset about my recent visit to Plato’s closet. I walked in to sell some cloths, the employee looked at me and rolled her eyes and then looked at her coworker and nudged her to go and help me. They seemed so irritated that I was taking my business there. Then in less then 5 minutes I got a text that my items were ready. I had 2 big totes I’m sorry there’s no way you can go through 2 big totes in less than 5 minutes. Then I walked in to pickup my items and they offered my $0. I have brought my cloths to Plato’s closet multiple times and have never been offered $0. I had a pair of Carhartt pants with the original tags on them and a lot of other name brand and nice items. Will not be going back anytime soon.

  Lots of great finds, i'm from out of town so we only come like once a year but its been a great experience everytime. The staff is always super sweet. My mom has a muscle condition and fell right outside and one of the workers came out and helped me lift her up which totally saved my mom so much grief (kudos the the farmer girl with light brown hair).

  Horrible place to sell clothes. The people that work there are very rude. If I could have given a hald of a star I would have.

  I called Plato’s Closet to ask about selling clothes, and the guy who answered was really rude and had a bad attitude. When I asked if they still buy clothes, he just said no without explaining properly. I asked if they do it in the mornings, and he lied saying they don’t do it anymore. Then he told me to check social media and hung up before I could say anything. Not a good experience at all.
