- NSNathan SchaeferSep 20, 20261.0Stopped by the store and spent money. Their change rounding policy is a scam and they are stealing your money. They round down when they owe you change, so they are stealing your change. Example is if you are owed .09 cents they give you .05 (a nickel). Where every other store is rounding up giving the customer the benefit of the penny being not used in their store as they technically they would be keeping your money (theft) unless you consent to them keeping your money. This is technically theft of a customers money as there are no signs posted anywhere in the store stating they are rounding down on change. . Either make your prices to come out to whole numbers or round up.

They have no mention of it anywhere but the jewelry section closes an hour early when they want to. I will never be buying jewelry from this store again. They have lost my business for life
