  Gunderson’s is an amazing jewelry store with some of the best employees I’ve experienced. My chain clasp got stretched out to the point it was working. I brought it in, expecting them to send it off to get fixed but instead they were able to fix it in store without charge. They even cleaned it without me asking

  I had a fantastic experience at Gunderson’s South Fargo. Will went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. He even arranged to have the timepiece I wanted brought over from another store, which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made the entire buying experience enjoyable. The customer service was truly top-notch.
