- THT HJun 26, 20261.0My review is for the shoe department, so don't get too excited. I hate this dept! I'm not buying garbage Hey Dudes or what other hipster fast fashion shoes that are barely above Payless grade. Time to reevalute the purchasing in this dept. It seems like this place is a mall outlet for Hey Dudes.
- DDDebzJun 24, 20265.0Scheels has to be one of the best customer service stores left in the country! You are greeted when you walk in the door. You always have a sales person helping you find whatever you need. When trying on clothes, they’ll go swap out for a different sizes different styles offer opinions offer choices. It’s a shopping experience that I have not had at any store in many many years. I do have to say they are very pricey, but their clothes are good quality and if you can find them on sale, it’s even better but I can’t rave enough about their staff. Consider putting one in Dickinson. We sure could use it here.

I was completely blown away by how massive it is and the fact that there is a giant, working Ferris wheel right in the middle of the building. They have an incredible selection of shoes, workout clothes, and outdoor gear, plus lots of fun interactive games scattered around. The atmosphere is energetic and family-friendly, and the employees were super eager to help me find exactly what I needed. It is a fantastic destination to explore even if you are not planning on buying anything.

I brought back my Segway scooter I bought from this Scheels and accidentally brought the wrong charger. I asked them if they can charge it for me and check tire pressures. They did and when I picked it up, they didn’t charge me for it! I will always return to this Scheels every year since I like shopping there along with the quality of the products they sell. The staff if always friendly and helpful. Love this place!!
