- MNMelanie Nelson3 days ago2.0I went into a the store to see if a package I ordered was there because I never received an email. When I asked to check, the lady went “if you haven’t received an email then it’s taking longer than normal” I told her I ordered it last week. Then she checked and the package was there. She proceeded to tell me my email was probably wrong. I know for a fact it’s not. Then she told me I should’ve called the store. I know it’s not this stores fault but going through multiple AI voices to get to someone at the store is so annoying and frustrating. Typically Maurices has good customer service and I have experienced that. Today it felt like they were saying everything was my fault which I did not appreciate.

So I went to Maurices and saw lots of different jeans to choose from, but couldn’t find my size. The clerks (I think there were two) were deep in discussion and completely ignored me even though I was looking for about 15 minutes. I finally left without any jeans! Usually they’re right there to assist, but I felt like I was invisible! They have a lot of cute clothing, but I didn’t feel like I should have to beg for help!
