  Love shopping at Redix for Johnnie-O amongst other brands. The staff is always so helpful and welcoming!

  My daughter and I visited Redix yesterday for the first time. The store is very nice and has a lot of high end clothing and shoes. We started in the women’s shoe section which is in the back of the store. As we moved through the clothes section, we were followed by a sales associate that never asked us if we needed assistance. She literally just stood there following us around the racks hovering and shadowing my every move. It was very uncomfortable. She didn’t even try to pretend to straighten up the clothing . Neither one of us had pockets or a bag large enough to even fit a piece of clothing into so I can’t even understand why we were targeted like this. It’s very disappointing! We will not return. I recommend that the owner of this store work on training their staff to better oversee their customers in a manner in which they’re not being profiled.

  I've been shopping here for over 40 years and the selection and experience remain the same. They have a little of everything for your beach day, fishing or shoes and clothing. At this point, it's basically a Wrightsville Beach institution. The only thing that would make the experience better is if Causeway Café was still next door.

  I work as a Bell Captain at a local resort and I always recommend Redix. It’s a must if you’re visiting Wrightsville Beach to shop at Redix. The store is clean, well organized, and stocked with the best quality of items and various price points. I take my guests there and they are always happy with the recommendation. Recently I brought a young guest who wanted fishing supplies. He asked me to take him to the pier and I said Redix will have what you’re looking for. He only had $15 and the man, maybe an owner, worked with his budget and got him set up for a fun day of fishing. This is what you get from a local, family owned business! I get excited to bring people there and watch their eyes light up walking in. Always, always, stop in Redix before leaving Wrightsville Beach! You won’t be disappointed.

  I was really disappointed by the way the owner/manager, Meredith?, treated a customer who had an issue with an item they purchased. I witnessed her rolling her eyes during the interaction and repeatedly saying she didn’t want to “lose out” on the money from the product. The way this situation was handled left a very negative impression. Between the poor customer service and the high prices, I don’t plan to return and would encourage others to consider shopping elsewhere.
