Not bought anything from Dunham in years..Over Priced,Poor Customer Service, Nothing has a Price Tag on it and checkout is always a nightmare. Had some time stopped in the Wilson NC location 1st week September 2026 carried two boxes of 6.5 PRC ammo to checkout to find the cost being neither box had a price..Bought the Norma $10 bucks higher than midway or gun mag warehouse...Got the handful of coupons with the receipt. Went back to Wilson NC Dunhams 14 September 2026 to check on 300 PRC ammo with my handful of coupons...300 PRC way over priced, same with pistol ammo even with the 10% coupon. I did see a Good Boy tee i liked, over priced but I had a 23% appeal coupon.( I can buy quality double-sided tee from my home base Little Creek VA $9 no tax free ship) Got to register MANAGER couldn't pull me up...I said been registered since Durhams opened and I bought ammo last week...She has to load in my email...two of them. Naturally a line has formed behind me...I gave the MANAGER the coupon good till 19 September...it wouldn't load. I asked is there a General Manager that can fix this? Checkout line still growing... She said NO IM THE MANAGER...Do you want this shirt? I said no if I can't use the coupon!!! Point i sent Durham Corporate same picture im uploading here...Saying ill never walk in a Dunhams again in this life time...You need to fire your Cousin the IT MANAGER or file for Chapter 11. Naturally NO REPLY! NEVER AGAIN

There is a no refund policy on tents. It is not printed on the receipt. The sign that states no refund is behind the cash register..

I stood in the shoe section 10 mins went to front to ask for assistance. She called it out over intercom. I waited 5 more minutes nothing. I then took the boot back up to the front he said he would call someone back there so he called it over the intercom again I went back to wait yet again. I waited 5 minutes again I walked out with nothing because no one showed up to help. Genuinely a waste of my time. Yall get paid to help do your job!!
