Open since 2017, Sportsman’s Warehouse in Wilmington, NC is near the beach, USS North Carolina, Front Street, and the Boardwalk at Carolina Beach. National Gunsmithing services are now available! If you like hunting, we’re here to get you all set up with everything you need. Popular pursuits include whitetail deer, quail, dove, pheasant, turkey, bear, coyote, waterfowl, hogs, alligator, squirrel, raccoon, rabbits, and fox. If fishing is more your speed, we have all of your tackle to catch the legal limit. Saltwater species include red drum, spotted trout, flounder, sailfish, mahi-mahi, tarpon, cobia, king and Spanish mackerel. For freshwater there are largemouth bass, catfish, bream, crappie, and trout. We also carry plenty of supplies for boating, kayaking, camping, and cookouts. Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 5-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. No matter the weather or time of year, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. While you’re in the area, be sure to check out local events like the numerous off-shore fishing tournaments, expos and events on Front and Water Streets, Azalea Festival, Blueberry Festival, Strawberry Festival, Oyster Festival, Sneed’s Ferry Shrimp Festival, and many more!

- MCMichael CanaanJun 27, 20261.0I wanted a pair of deck boots and the only one in my size did not have a pull tab. I went to the gentleman working the cashier and asked if there was anything he could do about it or any extra in my size. After waiting for a few minutes i returned and he explained he would have to ask a manager to see. After another 5-10 minutes i returned when there were no customers in line and asked if his manager was able to do anything. To this he rudely replied “your gonna have to talk to her yourself. That isnt my job. Im busy right now.” It honestly shocked me as it was a fine conversation before.Keep in mind there is not a soul at his register. This interaction just made me want to leave the store and not even want to buy the boots

- BPBao PhamMay 30, 20261.0I asked someone (Apparently a manager named Michaela) to help me find a specific pair of gloves. Her immediate response was "They're stolen". I asked if she could check and she said "They're all stolen". She was sitting and didn't bother to help me find them. I found several pairs of them. When I asked to speak to a manager she showed up... I told her that she should check next time and she said "well they must've just arrived". I told her again, she should check. Her attitude stinks. She said "they're stolen" within a 1/4 of a second of me asking and I think she probably would've gave that response no matter what I asked for. The woman at the counter told me the GM isn't there but it turned out she was, so I'm not comfortable complaining to anyone there and intend to call corporate.
