  Went in to get my watch Checked at the Wilmington store and wasn't sure if it was the battery or not. They were unbelievably nice and the gentleman went back to check my watch and said the battery Look like it needed replacing so he put a new one in and did not even charge me and sent me on my way and told me to have a great day.. just unbelievably helpful and courteous and nice and was a great experience!

  Came here to use the restroom, got a free mint and a nice T pendant for my necklace. Brought The Wife back because she's pregnant and needed to use the restroom and I knew this place had a nice restroom and my wife of 22 years deserves the best restroom and apparently Reed' Jewelers has the best restrooms. Spoke with Zach again and he helped us out like usual. He even held the door open after we finished and we were there way past closing. Nanci was very helped as well. I will definitely be back to support this business. The way they treated my pregnant wife and allowed me to experience that bathroom was life changing. I might get a job there if I can't go back to mine in 8 or 9 weeks since I'm on unpaid medical leave at the moment trying to figure out life and Reed's Jewelers helped me and my wife today. 5 stars for the bathroom and free mints.

  I was very disappointed with getting my luxury Brand timepiece serviced. Although Reeds did absorb part of the service cost because of a miscommunication I couldn’t get over the fact that I was misled that I could’ve mailed my watch direct to the manufacturer. In addition, the watch was not serviced properly so now Im mailing it to the manufacturer to double check if their work meets the mfg standards.

  I had a great experience at Reeds Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, I was helped immediately and treated with exceptional customer service. The staff was professional, welcoming, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the overall experience. Definitely one of the best jewelry store experiences I’ve had, and I’ll absolutely be back.

  had a great experience with Brandon at Reed's today! He was incredibly helpful and took the time to size my watch perfectly for me. He was professional, efficient, and provided the service completely free of charge. It’s rare to find such high-quality service and genuine kindness these days. I’m very happy with how my watch fits now I highly recommend seeing him at Reed's if you need any assistance!
