  We got my engagement ring and wedding band 3.5 years ago with the lifetime warranty and so glad we did! I needed something fixed on my engagement ring and Roger helped me right on the spot! Didn’t even have to wait the typical 1-2 weeks. Thanks, Roger, for the friendly service and making sure I didn’t have to go without my ring!

  Zach helped me get a timepiece that I knew was going going to take a while. He gave me a realistic expectation and ultimately came through with exactly what I wanted. Communication was great and the other staff members were all very helpful. It was a long wait but a great experience across the board. Thank you!

  A few weeks ago we stopped in to Reeds to get a new battery for my wife’s watch and they offered to clean her jewelry. I was surprised at the amount of customer service and friendly staff. To top off our experience the didn’t charge us for the battery. A wonderful experience. Thanks Cherry and Don Lane

  I walked in Reeds Jewelers in Mayfaire and I must say, I had exceptional service. My reason for being there was to remove a couple of links from my watch. As soon as I walked in I was treated like royalty. Staff were very delightful and super welcoming. This place is amazing and the lounge area is a beautiful touch to the establishment. I e been to some Jewelry stores and this specific location is 10 out of 10 .
