  This place is so hit or miss. The clothes are cute, prices decent, staff are … let’s just say okay. Sometimes they are genuinely so sweet. Sometimes they’re polite, but in a sort of Mean Girls, “Oh my God, I love that skirt, where did you get it?” kind of way. Usually I would ignore it but today I had an interaction with a rude cashier and finally reported it.

  Should find another excuse besides “wear and tear” as to why they don’t take your clothes. I’ve brought clothes in with tags and they use that excuse which makes no sense. I find items after items in the store that have holes, look like they were drug through dirt before being hung up, shoes that look horrible but yet they will tell you that your brand new items you're bringing in with tags and no wear and tear that they didn’t take them because of wear and tear. Maybe something like “we aren’t currently taking in these styles” or something along those lines would sound so much more reasonable and believable.
