Simply the best for quality jewelry and quality jewelry repair! Tony Evans does exquisite work in quality jewelry repair. William Tracey and Erica Doyle-Embroz will both make sure your jewelry needs are met. Great customer service here. As an aside, I travel from NYC for services at this company.

On September 25, I had the pleasure of visiting Perry’s Emporium where my husband and I received exceptional assistance from Heather Johnson. After visiting many jewelry stores over the years, I can honestly say that Heather‘s enthusiasm, warmth, and genuine passion for her work were truly special as we browsed, I fell in love with a diamond necklace, but initially struggled with the selection. Heather offered thoughtful suggestions and helped me envision how the necklace could be adjusted to suit me perfectly. She also asked whether I would like to have my jewelry cleaned, and I gladly agreed I assumed the pieces would simply be placed in an ultrasonic cleaner, but Heather went far Beyond that. She carefully inspected each item and discovered that several diamonds had loosened overtime and needed attention. She explained the necessary repairs which were very reasonably price. I’m incredibly grateful she noticed the issue, losing even one stone could’ve caused more than the repairs. Heather was wonderful throughout the entire experience, and I truly appreciated her expertise and care. I can’t wait to see the finished necklace and my newly repaired jewelry!

William Tracey went above and beyond with my ring resizing. He did a wonderful job and had an incredibly fast turn around time. Not only was his work impeccable, he was very knowledgeable and good at explaining the maintenance and care I need to do for my ring to keep it beautiful. I plan on making my next major jewelry purchase from Perry’s and am recommending all my friends and family because I had such a wonderful experience.
