  I represent an auto repair shop trying to repair a car for one of Monitech's customers. When applying for a bypass code so that our mechanics can operate the vehicle in order to provide repairs, I was told we would have to wait 24-48 hours. This car has been disabled in our parking lot this entire time, blocking a main thoroughfare and making it extremely difficult to conduct business. When I called back 48 hours after our application submittal, I was told they still do not have the code and they don't know when it would be available. When asked how I could escalate the situation, I was told I could speak to a supervisor, but was then put on hold for a very long time. I finally had to disconnect and get back to work. This company is an absolute disgrace. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  The worst service ever!! I have asked to speak with a manager and they said that they would not let me speak to them. I asked 2 times for them to have someone call me back and nothing. I have videos of the device malfunctioning and no where to take it to. I just have to keep paying 45$ There devices don’t work correctly! I have had non stop problems from horn going off to the device improperly failing. The best part is they make u pay every time something goes wrong. Never ever go to this place try somewhere else! Anywhere! I
