Michael made a cherished cuff look better than brand new and repaired/restored/created a pair of earrings that looked exactly as the original version. I LOVE both the cuff and the earrings -- super glad to be wearing them again. And Jane was so patient with all my questions, knowledgeable, and understanding helping me through the whole process.
