- CDCarole DavidAug 13, 20215.0Very happy with this store and its employees. Mike restored my faith in humanity! (And the man who turned it in)!!! Dropped an envelope of cash and left. Customer found it and turned it in. Mike kept it safe until someone (me) realized where I had lost it! Called and there it was!!!!!!! Many thanks to all. Beautiful store! I am moving to area and will certainly be back to shop! Thank you again!

Trying to figure out if they could fix the broken pendulum on my wall clock, the lady who answered the phone was rude and not helpful at all. I should’ve gone elsewhere when that happened. I brought the broken piece in for repair. When I picked it up (weeks later), the gentleman had poorly super glued the broken pice back together. Kinda like I would’ve done when I broke something at a party when my parents were out of town as a kid.... Insult to injury, as I tried to hang the pendulum back in the clock, the “glue job” instantly failed and broke again. Poor customer service and poor craftsmanship is the reason for my review.
