  I find all kinds of nice clothes at Belks on sale! If you can shop out of season you get the best deals. Shop for next spring and summer now that the fall clothes are coming out.

  Escalator has been out of service for weeks now. The beauty of a broken escalator is that they turn into stairs. But, you guys would rather just block that path and force everyone onto the slow and pathetic elevator. No respect for your customers at all.

  I went to pick up an online order shortly after receiving an email confirming it was ready for pick up. Five different workers didn’t know where the order was. Total waste of time and gas to get an order that never existed. The workers were unfriendly and seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered to locate the order. So long story short, refund and lost a lifelong customer. Do better Wilmington, it’s not that hard. At least update your dinosaur computer system to show when workers make transactions stating items are ready for pickup.

  Got 2 pair of Oakley sunglasses for the price of one thanks to Colleen!!! Went to Sunglass Hut 1st but the girl there acted like I was bothering her so I went to Belks where I had the pleasure of Colleen helping me. She was patient & very helpful then ended up finding it was bogo 1/2 off & on top of that she was able to get me 25% off for apply for a credit card! Thanks again Colleen:)

  Walked in and no one there to serve me for pickup. Walked down main aisle and back… “Hellllloooooo?? Nope. So walked into the order pickup, picked up my Oder and filled out a log like I think the clerk would have done. I was in and out pretty quick.
