  The staff was wonderful and such a pleasure to deal with! Amy is such a joy to work with and made the experience easy and smooth so that we had no problems when custom ordering a ring.   I highly recommend this jewelry store! My husband has been purchasing jewelry from them for years, and we have always had a wonderful experience! Most recently,they repaired one of my necklaces, and the service was excellent! The repair was done beautifully and much faster than I expected. Everyone is all always friendly, professional and helpful. It’s wonderful to have a jeweler that you can trust.We will definitely continue coming back!

  R. Gregory always does amazing work and has superb Customer Service. I can’t recommend them enough! They did an amazing job on my son and future daughter-in-law‘s engagement ring and also on repairs on my diamond ring.

  I have been wanting to get my engagement ring sized for several months so I finally did some googling and found R. Gregory. I stopped in one day and was measured and given a quote within minutes and dropped my ring off. They called two days later and said it was ready for pickup, polished and everything! Very fast, friendly, and great service!
