I read through these reviews, before posting my own and the rudeness and eye rolling, the terrible customer service, literally just happened to me. The owner had no problem letting me know that my requests and questions for clarification where, in her opinion, stupid and annoying. I at first attempted to explain myself, then realized I was being treated poorly and that I have options! Everything that was preposterous to her, the Fayetteville location had no problem with and came through with beautifully. They're so pleasant and patient at the Fayetteville. It was a breath of fresh air, after the awful treatment that I received in Spring Lake. I'll be reporting the owner to corporate. She represents Edible Arrangements in a shameful way.

Even though they close at 6p I'm surprised they still in business. It showed me how unprepared this holiday this business is... Find another place to get your flowers and edible treats..
