  Great deals at this outlet store. Lost of merchandise but not all sizes available at this point. Good customer service

  Really shocked by the experience my wife had there. She was buying clothes to send back home to family in Africa and the manager gave her a hard time... may even have some hate in her heart towards immigrants. Accused my wife of wanting to resale... even had the police on site... everyone was confused by the escalating situation and the point of it. We were refused service and left. Really a shameful manager and situation. Never spending money here.

  Their website shows they're open until 9:00 pm today, I drove 1 hour to make a return, arrived at 5:15 pm and found a sign saying they close at 5:00 pm today. I asked an employee through the glass door if they could let me return 3 items I had on hand and she said no, I told her I drove a whole hour just to make that return and she replied "come back tomorrow"... I can't believe her answer and that poor CSR skills she had. For now on those items will go either to the trash or to Goodwill, after that treatment I'll never come back to this store, it doesn't worth it. TH corporate, take a look at who represents your brand and make sure that your website shows accurately those store hour changes, your store is far from Raleigh and satellite cities and people have to drive an hour or so to find a closed store, fixing that will show respect for your customers (not including me, I'm done thanks to your associate at the Smithfield,NC store)
