- BWBrooke WillisMay 18, 20263.0Don’t go in if you’re on a time crunch. I usually come 1-2 times weekly on an hour lunch break. Last few times, you’ll spend 15-20 minutes just standing in line while cashiers go as slow as possible, call for managers for exchanges, etc. Instead of the manager getting on the register that’s open, they just walk off while the line remains long. Not very professional at all. They need a separate line for exchanges/returns or fitting rooms so that exchanges and returns are minimal.
