  Don’t go in if you’re on a time crunch. I usually come 1-2 times weekly on an hour lunch break. Last few times, you’ll spend 15-20 minutes just standing in line while cashiers go as slow as possible, call for managers for exchanges, etc. Instead of the manager getting on the register that’s open, they just walk off while the line remains long. Not very professional at all. They need a separate line for exchanges/returns or fitting rooms so that exchanges and returns are minimal.

  The goodwill in Shelby is mostly clothes. If you are looking for anything household you didn't find the right store. Its a huge store too. The do have a restaurant inside too. Lots of clothes , shoes, pajamas, and any clothes you can think off. Not much for anything else. Just a few isles. It all depends on what you are looking for

  This place is larger than all the Goodwill locations in Gastonia combined. Decent electronics section. You don't see that very often.

  Got some pretty cool, wearable, Amali wingtip brogued oxfords from this store. Whoever manages this operation knows thrifting is about selling cheap when you have masses of products, it attracts customers, and they often buy multiple things.
