  Loretta was amazing! Very knowledgeable, got us what we wanted right away, and was super detailed. Super honest and I didn’t feel like “just another customer” even though it was my first time here. Will definitely be returning for all my jewelry needs!

  Dixie was wonderful! She listened and was so very helpful. She cleaned and polished my rings like brand new! Everyone there was polite and knowledgable. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

  All I can say is "WOW!" and that I've found my new jewelry store. I'm relatively new to the area but have passed Perry's Emporium in Shallotte many times. Today I had an emergency repair that needed to be done on my wedding rings ASAP before heading out of town this afternoon. I phoned and was told to come on in. When I arrived, every single employee greeted me with a huge smile and words of welcome (all of whom were helping other customers so I was impressed at their level of customer service right off the bat). When I explained my dilemma to Cynthia, one of the sales women, she told me not to worry that they would take care of it right away. She whisked my rings off to their onsite jeweler, Jayden who carefully, beautifully, and quickly made the repair and returned them to me in like new condition. My rings were repaired and all three sparkling and shining like I had just purchased them. Jayden even came out from the back to introduce himself and make sure I was happy with his work. I was happily prepared to pay for this top-notch and rush service request, but Cynthia informed me it was all complimentary. What?!?!??! Wow, what a store. I will be singing their praises for all time and can't wait to take my husband in to introduce him so he will know where to go to get my gems and jewelry from this day forward. Thank you, thank you, thank you Perry's for making my day a wonderful one.

  Great service and affordable selections. Ms Loretta is fun to shop with. We greatly appreciated the redesign and finished work with our 3 generation heirloom piece. Daniel is a genius with a pen and post it note.
