  My wife brought in an old wedding ring set to be repaired and cleaned. Everyone was so polite and professional. Jaylen, who did the work on the ring, did a fantastic job. The ring set looks brand new and my wife is thrilled. Thank you.

  What an awesome experience! Everyone at Perry’s in Shallotte were friendly and helpful. First visit was to inquire and sell some jewelry from my mother’s estate. The gentleman was engaging, courteous and sympathetic to my hesitancy at times. Next came separating my mother’s wedding bands so my son could use her engagement ring. Buffed, polished and restored it into a sparkling new ring as well as enlarging the band to fit the bride to be. Asked for an appraisal and they noticed one of the baguettes was chipped. Upfront about not knowing whether it happened before or after my dropping it off; replaced it without any issues. Jaylen did a magnificent job restoring my mother’s ring… you’d never now it wasn’t a brand new ring!!! Thank you helping us pass on a beautiful family treasure.

  Loretta made what I thought would be a stressful experience Great! Her knowledge and expertise were evident in her ability to identify exactly what I wanted and avoided making it overwhelming. Her customer service skills are outstanding! I am very happy with my purchase and would go back again.

  Purchased a birthstone ring in early June & when I returned two weeks later to have it sized, they told me it should have been on sale for 20% off when I purchased it. They immediately refunded me the money. They are a family run business that if you are going to purchase any jewelry, do not go to the big box stores, but go to the store that will treat you as family. Every person working at the store was great. I highly recommend Perry’s & will be my go-to shop for any future purchases.
